Ole Dahl #1

Ole Dahl immigrated from Norway in 1906. He was a “jack of all trades” like many others and did whatever work in order to survive.  He built this cabin around 1916. It is likely now the oldest building still standing in Talkeetna.  It was moved across the alleyway in 1977 to save it from demolition.
